Serves the public at the facility by providing customer service, answering questions regarding shelters and rentals, etc.; moves and handles various types of recreation equipment.
Serves customers and prepares food.
Collects fees from public, operates cash register utilizing point of sale software, counts money and balances cash drawers.
Takes inventory of and orders supplies, including food, drinks and kitchen supplies as needed in food concession.
Answers phone inquiries and gives information to the public.
Collects waivers and enters them in the system.
Checks web sales and calls customers to review rentals.
Files daily paperwork.
Sells parks Passports and Prepaid Gate Passes.
Performs maintenance/cleaning of the concession food areas for cleanliness, and prepares for inspections by State Health Department. Cleans office areas and related equipment.
Performs related work as assigned.
Physical Demands
Physical demands refer to the requirements for physical exertion and coordination of limb and body movement.
Performs light work that involves walking or standing most of the time and involves exerting between 20 and 50 pounds of force on a regular and recurring basis, with adeptness and speed in the use of fingers, hands or limbs on repetitive operation of electronic office equipment within moderate tolerances or limits of accuracy.
