Summary:

In this role, you will provide support for implementation requests for new and existing healthcare provider customers. You will ensure proper connection to supply chain contracts that provide saving opportunities while generating revenue to Provista.

Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple implementation and contract connection requests.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, suppliers, account executives, and provider customers.
• Partner with Account Executives and analysts for contract, cost, and tier analysis to buildan implementation plan of action in Salesforce.
• Pre-populate contract forms and submit contract requests for Online Tier Activation (OTA), Letter of Commitment (LOC), Letter of Participation (LOP) in Contract Price Activation (CPA) portal.
• Follow up with suppliers and distributors to ensure contract connections are complete and tier levels are accurate.
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and results-oriented environment.
• Resolvevendor contract request denials or contract approvals with exception.
• Participate on provider calls with Account Executive as needed.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred.
• No prior work experience required.
• Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills preferred.

• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint preferred.
• Proficiency with Salesforce is a plus.
