Licenses & Certifications
The Senior Manager will provide overall management and oversight to the Maintenance Control Department, ensuring a high level of aircraft dispatch reliability and system integrity. Provide oversight and guidance for Maintenance Control management as it relates to the overall direction, communication and control for all out-of-service aircraft, aircraft accidents/incidents, maintenance delays/cancellations, air returns/diversions and other maintenance irregularities. Provide oversight and guidance to ensure the airworthiness and safe operation of all assigned ABX aircraft.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A&P license
- 10 years experience in maintenance of heavy transport aircraft
- 2 years experience in a maintenance control management position
- Ability to work flexible work hours and independently
- Strong organization, communication and problem solving skills
- Advanced knowledge in FAA regulations
- Knowledge of ABX GMM, Maintenance control procedures manual
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Associate or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related discipline
- 5 years maintenance control management experience
