The Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) of Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory is currently seeking two college-level interns to assist in our pre-award, post-award and financial management groups. Successful candidates will become part of a collaborative team, which requires strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work closely with others as well as independently.
Interns are expected to assist with aspects of the grant life cycle as well as help prepare and maintain electronic grant files. This position requires the candidate to provide administrative support to the staff of OSP. Each intern will be provided with two distinct roles to support OSP.
Intern 1 Responsibilities (Post-Award):
Education: Currently enrolled at a College or University as a STEM, Finance, Business or related major
Experience: Less than 1 year
Other: - Willing to work up to 30 hours during the summer.
Position has the ability to be retained during the school year at reduced hours per week.
